The material is stiff and durable. The resin is stable under various climatic conditions and is also easy to store, which overcomes the shortcomings of other resins that easily become damp and soften in the environment.

Professional resin LCD molding

Optimize the formation of the LCD light source and the printing efficiency is higher than the market compatible DLP/LCD/SLA resin. The resin is only intended for the LCD resin model, not recommended for DLP or SLA machine. This resin ensures the strength of the printed parts and no excessive shrinkage, but also improves the printing speed, shortens the curing time, and improves the printing efficiency of LCD machines as much as possible.

Strong adhesion and easy to peel off

Not only high printing frequency and precision, but also to minimize the resin release force and adhesion, so that the model attached to the molding platform can be easily removed, and low viscosity makes it easier to clean the machine and the model.

Storage method:

• Keep the resin away from sunlight and store the resin bottle at room temperature (sunlight contains a lot of UV light, which causes the light-sensitive resin to harden).
• It is recommended to store the resin bottle at 15℃-35℃ ambient temperature, the lower the temperature, the higher the viscosity of the resin. Keep the resin bottle tightly closed, excessive dust or moisture can affect the print quality.

Use:

• 1. Shake well before use, do not use the resin in places where there is a lot of sunlight.
• 2. Wear gloves before use to avoid direct skin contact and keep the room ventilated.
• 3. Accidental contact, use plenty of water to rinse as soon as possible. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention in good time.
• 4. Printed models must be cleaned with highly concentrated alcohol to clean for about 30 seconds (recommended concentration 95% or more, the higher the better).
• 5. Do not pour resin from the resin trough into the unused resin in the bottle without filtering, do not leave resin in the resin trough for a long time.
• 6. Resin has a shelf life of up to 18 months.

Notes

- For good printing results, a temperature of the resin between 25-30 degrees is recommended

- Shake well before use. Avoid direct sunlight during use.

- Store the resin bottle in the dark and sealed at room temperature

- It is recommended to store resin between 15 – 35 degrees in its original packaging

- Avoid dusty and damp environments
