Ultrafuse PC/ABS FR is a V-0 flame retardant blend of polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, two of the most widely used thermoplastics for engineering and electrical applications. The combination of these two materials produces a premium material with a blend of PC's excellent mechanical properties and ABS's comparatively low pressure temperature. In combination with a halogen-free flame retardant, parts printed with Ultrafuse PC/ABS FR have high tensile and impact strength, higher heat resistance than ABS and can meet the requirements of the UL94 V-0 standard.

Recommendations for drying
The filament is supplied in a printable condition. To achieve the best printing results, you should dry the filament at 60 °C for at least 4 hours (a vacuum oven is preferable to a hot air dryer) and store the filament dry in e.g. a dry box.
