Ultrafuse PC GF30 contains 30% specialty glass fibers designed for filament manufacturing and 3D printing. With its high heat dissipation temperature and good dimensional stability, Ultrafuse PC GF30 is the right material to use in an industrial environment where good temperature resistance and high strength are needed.
Internal and external applications
Its flame protection class V0 makes PC GF30 the perfect solution for applications in the transport industry. Ultrafuse® PC GF30's resistance to UV light and its low moisture absorption means it can be used for indoor and outdoor use.
Tips and tricks
- Temperature in the nozzle; 280-330 °C
- Temperature of the bed; 80-100 °C
- Changing the bed; PC glue
- Drying procedure: Dry the filament at 100 °C for at least 5 hours.
- Diameter of nozzle; ≥ 0.6 mm
- Print speed; 30-60 mm/sec.
