Standard low odor UV resin from Copymaster3D allows you to print high quality models that require higher strength and resistance to deformation. This resin is compatible with all popular 3D printer brands that use a light wavelength between 395nm and 405nm.
The key features and benefits of using Copymaster3D Standard Low Odor UV Resin
- Perfect for reproducing fine details and surface treatments
- Low odor compared to other brands/materials
- Low material shrinkage
- Best price in relation to performance
- Fast curing time 4-8 seconds per layer (monochrome screens)
Affordable, high-quality materials
Unlike most other 3D printing resin offerings, Copymaster3D's Standard UV resins are offered at a really good price, meaning you get really good value for money when printing your models. The cost per print is much lower than other brands, meaning your budget lasts longer! Standard UV resin requires cleaning with IPA or a cleaner specifically designed for 3D printing with resin, such as that from PrimaCreator.
Fantastic color and finish
All of Copymaster3D's UV resins have a consistent pigmentation, meaning you get great parts that have a silky matte finish with a monochrome look, feel soft to the touch and are nice to look at. You don't want to print in color? Transparent resin will have a slight tint, but do you want something completely clear? Choose our Crystal UV resin!
Versatile, high quality resins
Copymaster3D's range of UV resin is suitable for most 3D printers that use the wavelength 395-405nm as a light source. Printers in this range include:
Zortrax, Anycubic, Creality 3D, Phrozen, Uniz, Photocentric and many more.
The resins are also suitable for use on RGB and monochrome LCDs, so whether you have the Original Photon or the latest Mono X 6K, they work on both, meaning the uses are incredibly versatile.
Hardening
The Copymaster3D resins are high quality resins made from the best materials. This is also evident in the curing process. Your finished 3D prints cure perfectly in sunlight or in a UV curing chamber. When curing is complete, the result is a rock-hard 3D print with very little material shrinkage. Post print curing settings below, to be used as a guideline only:
- In a UV light curing chamber, it takes approximately 2-5 minutes.
- In sunlight 10-20 minutes
- In daylight on a cloudy day, it can take up to 60 minutes.
Notes
- For good printing results, a temperature of the resin between 25-30 degrees is recommended
- Shake well before use. Avoid direct sunlight during use.
- Store the resin bottle in the dark and sealed at room temperature
- It is recommended to store resin between 15 – 35 degrees in its original packaging
- Avoid dusty and damp environments
