Fast printing requires materials that can melt and cool quickly. However, in order to balance the speed of melting and cooling of the material, the physical properties of materials printed with fast techniques are usually slightly degraded. In order to offer 3D printed products with superior mechanical performance under fast print conditions, eSUN has conducted many tests of various rapid formulations. The result was ePLA+HS, which is specially designed to match high-speed printing and provides improved toughness.
