The thermal heat separator is made of titanium alloy to provide excellent thermal insulation between the heater and the heatsink. Titanium is an extremely strong material and has almost three times lower thermal conductivity than stainless steel, creating a more defined melting zone.

- Aluminum cooling block
- Titanium of quality 5 heat break
- Aluminum heating block (optional)
- Brass plated durable MK8 0.4mm nozzle
- Silicone sock
