The finished 3D print is a colored or transparent part with a beautiful matte surface with excellent details and smooth layer transitions.
-Durable like ABS-
The 3D printer resin has the added advantage that it is much more flexible and stronger than ordinary hardened resin. It is also less brittle which means it can be bent and still return to its original shape.
Material properties Resistant UV resin:
- 3D printing of strong and resistant components
- Hardened hard plastic parts are as strong as ABS
- Use this resin for prototyping and additive manufacturing of end-use parts.
- Wash your 3D prints with IPA
- Cure the washed parts in sunlight or in a UV curing chamber.
Perfect for model building and 3D printing of strong parts
Durable resin is perfect for model building because it is easy to finish. This resin is also very suitable for functional prototyping as it is durable enough to be handled, glasses are a good example of a product that needs to be strong but flexible.
High quality and moderate pricing
When you want great results at a low cost
Settings for 3D printing:
- Optimized for UV light source 395 - 405 nm
- Fast curing time, 4 - 10 (depending on color) seconds per layer for faster prints.
- After finishing 3D printing, clean the print in IPA (Isopropyl alcohol) to rinse off extra resin that remains.
PrimaValue Resins work on multiple 3D printers
The VALUE resin is developed to work well on low power DLP machines, e.g. Wanhao Duplicator 7, SparkMaker Anycubic Photon, Zortrax Inkspire and other printers that use UV light for curing. The 3D printing resin is optimized for the UV light source 395 - 405 nm.
When it's time to cure, you can use sunlight or a UV curing chamber.
Depending on your 3D print, curing times may vary:
- In a UV light curing chamber, it takes about 2-5 minutes.
- In sunlight, 10-20 minutes
- In daylight on a cloudy day, it can take up to 60 minutes.
Notes
- For good printing results, a temperature of the resin between 25-30 degrees is recommended
- Shake well before use. Avoid direct sunlight during use.
- Store the resin bottle in the dark and sealed at room temperature
- It is recommended to store resin between 15 – 35 degrees in its original packaging
- Avoid dusty and damp environments
