Sunlu high speed PLA filament
SUNLU's High Speed PLA is a PLA material specially designed for high speed printing. Compared to standard PLA, this High Speed PLA can achieve a 300% higher speed of up to 600 mm/s. The fluidity of the material has also increased by an incredible 500% to ensure smooth extrusion and prevent possible nozzle clogging.
More time and energy saving
Print quality at 0-100mm/s is superior to regular PLA, providing smoother surfaces and better overhang. With overhang angles of less than 70° that do not require support, this filament significantly reduces print time and material waste. It enables fast printing at a low temperature of 180-195℃, saving both time and energy.
500% improved buoyancy
No clogging even at high-speed prints of ≥250mm/s, ensuring smooth material flow.
Improved heat dissipation
The heat dissipation capacity of High Speed PLA has increased by 180%, providing faster cooling under the same conditions and enabling fast printing without material build-up.
High crystallization temperature
High Speed PLA has a fast cure rate, which improves fast printing and draping performance. Excellent air cooling of the printer can eliminate the need for support for drape angles less than 70°.
Low shrinkage rate
The filament has low shrinkage, which reduces the risk of cracks during fast printing and produces smooth surfaces.
Nicely oriented
High Speed PLA has a uniform wire diameter and enables fast, knot-free printing, resulting in smooth and smooth material output.
