Printing recommendation | Drying the filament at 70℃/>12h, use hardened steel, ruby nozzle |
Notes
1. Dry the filament (70℃/> 12 hours) before printing to achieve the best printing effect. eBOX is recommended for printing.
2. ePA-CF filament has strong rigidity and is not easy to bend. In the feed tube, excessive bending of filaments should be avoided as much as possible.
3. ePA-CF wears a lot on the nozzle and extruder drive wheel, it is recommended to use steel nozzle or ruby nozzle, hardened steel extruder is best.
4. It is recommended to use the skirt in the slicer program for easier removal from the bed.
Storage
How to store filament:
1. If you are going to leave your printer inactive for more than a couple of days, please retract the filament to protect the printer nozzle.
2. To extend the life of your filaments, put the release filament back into the original vacuum bag and store it in a cool, dry place after printing.
3. When storing your filament, please feed the loose end through the holes on the edge of the filament roll to avoid winding, so that it will feed properly the next time you use it.
